Sectional Titles Advisory Center aims to demystify the Sectional Properties Act, 2020 (“the SPA”) and the regulations thereof and to guide developers and unit owners in their compliance journey.

Through the wide range of resources available on our site, we seek to equip developers and unit holders with the know how to navigate the SPA and meet the requirements for titling under the SPA and its regulations.

We also offer advisory on matters service charge, management of common areas, dispute resolution, compliance with the By-laws and other applicable regulations.

We assist with drafting of the Management Agreements, By-laws, Recreational Facilities Management Agreements among others.
