The Ardhi Sasa platform is a government-run online platform for land and property registration in Kenya. The Sectional Properties Act, 2020 requires that all sectional titles be registered on the Ardhi Sasa platform. STAC can help developers and homeowners facilitate the conversion of their titles to sectional titles on the Ardhi Sasa platform.

A sectional plan is a detailed drawing of a building that has been divided into sectional units. The Sectional Properties Act 2020 requires that all sectional plans be prepared and registered by a licensed surveyor. STAC can oversee the processing and registration of sectional plans on behalf of developers and homeowners.

By-laws are rules and regulations that govern the management and use of a sectional property. The Sectional Properties Act 2020 requires that all corporations have by-laws. STAC can help corporations generate by-laws that are compliant with the Sectional Properties Act 2020 and the estate/resident associations regulations.

The Sectional Properties Act 2020 is a complex piece of legislation. STAC can offer legal advisory to developers on how best to implement the Act and the regulations thereof. This includes advice on the preparation of sectional plans, the registration of corporations, and the management of sectional properties.
